Rose Milk Steamer

Hormone-Balancing • Skin-Glowing • Nervous System Calming

This gentle, floral milk steamer skips the chai spices for a simpler rose-infused drink. It’s designed to hydrate your skin, support calm hormones, and soothe your nervous system, a beautiful ritual for postpartum days, cozy evenings, or toddler tea parties.

Ingredients (Serves: 1-2)

  • 1½ cups regular milk, warm coconut, almond, or oat milk

  • 1 tbsp dried food-grade rose petals

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder (optional, for postpartum skin & hair recovery)

  • Optional garnish: extra rose petals or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Steep the rose petals:

    • Warm milk in a small pot over medium-low heat.

    • Add rose petals and steep for 5-7 minutes (don’t boil).

  • Strain:

    • Remove rose petals by pouring through a fine strainer.

  • Blend:

    • Whisk in vanilla, honey or maple, and collagen if using.

    • Use a milk frother or small blender for a creamy, foamy texture.

  • Serve:

    • Pour into your favorite mug. Top with a few dried rose petals for a pretty finish. Sip slowly and let it soothe you.
