This warm, floral chai latte is designed to support postpartum recovery, from balanced hormones and stress resilience to glowing skin, hair regrowth, and gut healing. Made with adaptogens, warming spices, and collagen for the ultimate self-care ritual.

Ingredients (Serves: 1-2)

  • ½ cup warm coconut, almond, or oat milk (or more if you want it milkier)

  • 1 tbsp dried food-grade rose petals

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (or to taste)

  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder (optional)

  • Pinch of black pepper (optional, helps with turmeric absorption)

Instructions

  • Warm the milk

    • In a small saucepan over low heat, pour your plant milk.

    • Add the rose petals, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

  • Simmer gently

    • Stir and let it warm gently for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil, just a light steam.

  • Strain

    • Pour through a fine mesh strainer to catch the rose petals (or you can leave them in if you enjoy it rustic).

  • Add extras

    • Stir in vanilla extract, ashwagandha, honey/maple syrup, and your collagen/protein powder until dissolved.

  • Froth (optional)

    • Use a frother or whisk vigorously to make it creamy and foamy.

  • Serve

    • Pour into your favorite mug, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon or rose petals on top, and enjoy.
