Postpartum Rose Chai Latte

This warm, floral chai latte is designed to support postpartum recovery, from balanced hormones and stress resilience to glowing skin, hair regrowth, and gut healing. Made with adaptogens, warming spices, and collagen for the ultimate self-care ritual.

Ingredients (Serves: 1-2)

  • 1½ cups warm coconut, almond, or oat milk

  • 1 tbsp dried food-grade rose petals

  • 1 chai tea bag (or 1 tsp loose-leaf caffeine-free chai blend)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger 

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup 

  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder 

  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder

Instructions

  • Steep the tea:

    • In a small pot, warm your milk over medium-low heat (don’t boil).

    • Add rose petals and chai tea bag. Steep for 5-7 minutes.

  • Strain:

    • Remove tea bag and strain out rose petals if using loose petals.

  • Blend it up:

    • Add cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, vanilla, turmeric, sweetener, ashwagandha, and collagen if using.

    • Whisk well or use a blender for a frothy, silky texture.

  • Serve:

    • Pour into your favorite mug, sip slowly, and let it nourish your postpartum body + mind.
